About
WAOOON (ワヲーン Waōn) is a two-man unit under the management of TSUKINO TALENT PRODUCTION. They are a unit formed as part of the radio series, Inugoya Channel, and sang both the opening and ending themes for the channel.
The unit is comprised of John Zeroness, also known as Akira Takizawa, who is a prolific producer/composer/artist for TSUKINO PRODUCTIONs, alongside his friend Junta Terashima, who is also the seiyuu of Growth's Mamoru Fujimura.
The unit currently only has one musical release, and due to the apparent hiatus of the radio series it is unclear if they will produce any more content in the future, though no official statement has been made.

- Like the over all theme of their radio channel, the unit has a distinct canine theme to their name, character profiles and music.
- Their unit name, WAOOON, is a combination of "wan", the Japanese onomatopoeia for a dog's bark, and one.
- Additionally, their unit logo bears a similarity to the kanji for dog (犬 inu), but with an added dash.
