About
TOBARI (帷) is a two-man unit under the management of Sun promotion entertainment. They are part of a cross agency collaboration project between SUNPRO and TSUKINO PRODUCTIONs. Their partner unit from TSUKIPRO is infinit0, whom they are in a collab unit with known as pioniX.
Shiou Amagi is the young ace of SUNPRO who had a strong desire to create a unit with Kuroi Hashiba, a former guitarist and lyricist for a band he formed with friends that his since disbanded due to a scandal with the group's vocalist. They are managed by Hikawa.
In-universe, their composer is Kuroi Hashiba; in reality, they are handled by several producers.
Official Introduction
A vocal unit of two young men, belonging to the Sun promotion entertainment agency (also known as SUNPRO), their music has an upbeat rock basis to it. It's been a little over a year since the unit was first formed.
During 2020, they were selected to represent the SUNPRO half of the X Lied Project, an inter-agency collaboration project between SUNPRO and TSUKINO TALENT PRODUCTION.[1]

Trivia
- Like the other units/series TOBARI have their own mascot: HIBARI (ヒバリ), which are small birds, similar in appearance to infinit0's Infeni mascots, with one each for both Shiou and Kuroi.
- Hibari is the Japanese name for a species of skylark (Alauda arvensis). This name was likely chosen to continue the bird theme of infinit0's mascot while also being a pun on the phonetic similarities between hibari and TOBARI.
