Kei Tsukiyama (月山 蛍 Tsukiyama Kei) is a manager for TSUKINO TALENT PRODUCTION. He is the manager of the unit infinit0.

Tsukiyama is a rather short young man, with light brown hair and pale green eyes. Like the other managers, he is seen wearing formal business attire.

Kei is a recent graduate who managed to join TSUKINO TALENT PRODUCTION and has been assigned to manage the unit infinit0. He's a big fan of idols, and has even been supporting infini since before he joined the company.
Since infinit0 joined with TOBARI to create pioniX, Tsukiyama takes turns with TOBARI's manager, Hikawa, when it comes to promoting and managing pioniX as a group.
