Cherry Blossoms in Full Glory (桜花爛漫 Ouka Ranman) is the first episode of TSUKIPRO THE ANIMATION.
Synopsis[]
"We'll proudly show them ourselves in full bloom. That's who we, SolidS, are."
SOARA, SolidS, Growth, and QUELL are units belonging to TSUKINO TALENT PRODUCTION. At a meeting attended by the leaders of each group, it's announced that the four units will be performing on the second day of the TSUKINO Concert to be held at the end of the year. SolidS leader Shiki Takamura gathers his members and describes the passion he feels for the concert. [1]
Plot[]
Episode 1 is mainly centered around SolidS with appearances from the various units, and a speaking cameo from Hajime Mutsuki (Six Gravity), Shun Shimotsuki (Procellarum) and their managers (Dai Kurotsuki and Kanade Tsukishiro) of the TSUKIUTA. series. Fluna and Seleas are also briefly shown.
Episode 1 talks of the four main units (SOARA, Growth, SolidS, and QUELL) holding a concert at the Budokan. Their manager also tells them to create four new songs each for the concert.
The episode shows SolidS in each of their own jobs as part of their introductions. After they've gathered, Shiki takes them to the concert stadium and tells them the news about the upcoming concert.
They all feel excited and have a brief moment under the cherry blossoms lining up the street. When they get back to the dorms, it is revealed that Shiki is having troubles with the songs.
Tsubasa and the other two suspect that Shiki's been acting weird because he hasn't made any songs and Tsubasa promptly asks Sora if they've managed to make their new songs already. Sora answers that they've already done two and reveals that Growth and QUELL have already done half as well.
Tsubasa returns to their room and Shiki finds out that they're worrying about him. Shiki reveals that he's already managed to create two new songs and was only worrying about the title. The rest of the members feel relieved and Tsubasa suggests the title "Ouka Ranman".
