He is the producer for Yoru Nagatsuki & Akane Asagiri from the TSUKIUTA. series, the composer for SOARA, Growth & SolidS, and a member of WAOOON, in addition to being a solo artist.

John Zeroness, Akira's TSUKIPRO caricature, is a man of average height with light brown hair (black in his WAOOON art), and eyes that border light gray/brown.

His WAOOON profile also features pointed canine teeth, in keeping with the unit and channels dog centric theme.

Summary[]

Akira comes from the city of Sanda, located in Japan's Kansai region and has been working in the music industry since 2010 when he began work as a Vocaloid producer under the name John Zeroness (occasionally also referred to simply as Jon). While not having produced as many songs for Vocaloid as some of the other producers who have been involved with the TSUKIUTA. series, he has several popular songs from his Vocaloid period including "Meteor". He released one full album and two singles as a Vocaloid producer, and appeared as a featured guest on several other releases.

In 2013, Akira began working under TSUKINO PRODUCTIONs as one of the twelve Vocaloid producers for TSUKIUTA. (still as John Zeroness), being assigned to the September representatives, Yoru Nagatsuki & Akane Asagiri. As a TSUKIUTA. producer he has so far produced the following CDs:

His work for TSUKINO PRODUCTIONs further expanded in 2014 with the release of his own solo album, Hajimari no Hi, before then becoming the composer for the new TSUKIPRO units; SOARA, Growth & SolidS (note: Akira only began composing for SolidS from their second album onwards). Unlike his work for TSUKIUTA. and most of his solo songs, he is credited as Akira Takizawa for his composing work as well as for his piano collections album, Prelude. Akira also sang for the soundtrack albums for SOARA's live action movies, LET IT BE & I will..

In 2016, he was assigned to a new radio channel known as Inugoya Channel, as John Zeroness again, alongside Mamoru Fujimura's seiyuu, Junta Terashima. As part of the radio channel the two also formed a new unit known as WAOOON which has so far only released one CD, ONE CALL, featuring the opening and ending themes for Inugoya Channel.

So far Akira has made appearances at three TSUKIPRO live events, Tsukipro Festa Harajuku, TSUKIPRO LIVE 2016 in NAKANO & Tsukipro Live 2017 ~After Valentine~, all as John Zeroness with the latter event being also as part of WAOOON. However, he is also known to attend the lives that feature the units he composes for, such as TSUKIPRO LIVE 2022 WINTER CARNIVAL, and he usually provides bonus commentary and trivia relating to the setlist of the lives via his Twitter accounts.
